CARACAS - When Venezuela's leftist President Hugo Chávez called President Bush
''the devil'' in a U.N. speech in September, many thought his ''anti-imperialist'' rhetoric
had reached rock bottom.
But fresh depths have since been plumbed. The Venezuelan government, to judge from
recent events, officially regards Bush as a genocidal Nazi who arranged the Sept. 11, 2001,
terrorist attacks to justify aggression against other nations.
In a speech Tuesday, Chávez criticized the decision of an Iraqi court to sentence former
dictator Saddam Hussein to the death penalty. ''If sentencing is to be done,'' Chávez said,
the first one to be given the most severe sentence this planet has to offer should be the
president of the United States, if we're talking about genocidal presidents.''

from readers of my August 14 column, Gullible Americans, The letters deserve a reply.
Moreover, some contain important points that should be shared with a wider audience. Pundits
such as myself are not the only people who have interesting things to say. Considering the
number of letters and the time it would require to respond individually, I am replying instead
in this column.
Most readers from whom I heard understand the difference between
loyalty to country and
loyalty to a government. They understand that to support a political party or a government
that is destroying the US Constitution and America s reputation in the world is, in fact, an
act of treason. Therefore, I did not have to read the usual drivel about how doubting our
government is un-American.
Among the issues raised are:
How could the complicity of the US government, or some part of it,
in the events of 9/11 be
kept a secret? For the most part, this question comes from Americans who believe the
government must have been, to some extent, complicit in the attacks on the WTC and the
Pentagon.
How can we differentiate between the real facts, the 9/11 Commissions
reporting of
the facts, and conspiracy theories?

Before proceeding with this page let me explain a little something about explosives
and how people perceive them.
I work in special effects. In films, great use is made of low velocity explosives such
as untamped black powder and ANFO because they are low velocity explosives.
With a great whoosh and roar they belch forth with fire and smoke in a manner that
has caused folks to drop their popcorn in matinees ever since sound came in.
Movies have conditioned people to expect a certain look and sound to explosions,
all based on very low velocity explosives. In a stunning ironic twist, moviegoers
seem to perceive the slower explosions as more powerful.
Demolition experts will tell you that high brissive or high velocity explosives actually
are more powerful, as they build up a powerful shock wave.

No Arabs on Flight 77: Part II -The Passengers
I am an ex Naval line officer and a psychiatrist in private practice
in New Orleans,
a Christian and homeschool dad. It troubled me a great deal that we rushed off to war
on the flimsiest of evidence. I considered various ways to provide a smoking gun of
who and why Sept 11th happened. Astute observers noticed right away that there
were no Arabic sounding names on any of the flight manifests of the planes that “crashed”
on that day.
A list of names on a piece of paper is not evidence, but an autopsy by a pathologist, is.
I undertook by FOIA request, to obtain that autopsy list and you are invited to view it
below. Guess what? Still no Arabs on the list. It is my opinion that the monsters who
planned this crime made a mistake by not including Arabic names on the original list to
make the ruse seem more believable.

ridicule for his "crazed" reaction.
This Orwellian moment, in which the past is altered to justify actions in the present,

On Friday, September 8, just forty-eight hours before ABC planned to air its so-called
"docudrama," The Path to 9/11, Robert Iger, CEO of ABC's corporate parent, the Walt
Disney Company, was presented with incontrovertible evidence outlining the involvement
of that film's screenwriter and director in a concerted right-wing effort to blame former
President Bill Clinton for allowing the 9/11 attacks to take place. Iger told a source
close to ABC that he was "deeply troubled" by the information and claimed he had no
previous knowledge of the institutional right-wing ties of The Path to 9/11's creators.
He reportedly said that he has commenced an internal investigation to verify the role of the
film's creators in deliberately advancing disinformation through ABC.

THE FIVE "DANCING" ISRAELIS ARRESTED ON 911

On July 25, 2001, Alex Jones brought out OPERATION EXPOSE THE
GOVERNMENT TERRORISTS on his cable-access show based out of Austin,
Texas. During the episode, he stated that the World Trade Center was a likely
target and that the government may use their known asset, Osama Bin Laden. He
called on viewers to first research his claims, then to call the White House, Congress
and other government authorities-- warn them, and let them know that if there is a
terrorist attack, "we" know who the perpetrators were.

Thermate-WTC Controlled Demolition
You might recall that the angled cut clearly visible on the column (middle of photo)
was the cause of vigorous discussion amongst many of us. We generally agreed at the
time that the case for Thermate was not quite watertight based on what’s visible in the
photo. It was argued by some -- experienced welders included -- that the cut could have
been the result of a wrecker’s cutting torch. It was argued that while the melted iron residue
along the cut-line could have been produced by a Thermate reaction, it could just as well
have been slag from an oxy-acetylene cut.
Well, I now believe we have photographic evidence that could constitute very strong proofthat that cut was caused by pre-positioned explosives.
